Welcome to the City of Pembroke Pines! Your connection to all online services begins with Registration of your email address. Upon registration, you may then create and link additional accounts, such as your Utility (Water, Sanitation) account, and begin taking full advantage of our new Citizen Self Service functionality.

Step 1: Select Citizen Self Service from the left hand column

Step 2: Login with your email address and password if you already have an account. Click on Register for a new account if you do not already have one.
